Our award-winning butchery, delicatessen and smokehouse is surrounded by eighty acres of working farmland
We are the first farm and shop in the world to be awarded TSG status – for our traditional farming methods, pure-bred stock, and recognition by The EU Commission as producing an exceptional and distinctive product.
We create specialist produce with absolute traceability. We have complete control over the environment in which our animals live, we choose exactly the right time for slaughter, we hang meats in our own butchery to peak maturity, and cut to precise specifications.
The Farm Shop has developed considerably since opening in 2004, we now offer an extensive selection of food, wines and gifts.
