Flights are subject to availability. Advance booking is essential and a minimum of 8 weeks notice is recommended. Hot air balloon flights are weather dependent for safety reasons, so it is likely that your flight could be rescheduled several times due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, or could also take off from a different location for other reasons. Payments for bookings and gift vouchers are non-refundable. If we cancel your flight for safety reasons you can reschedule your flight free of charge. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products or cash, nor can they be extended. No change will be given, entire value must be used in one visit.
